foodbank.city Spotlights Client Portal, Giving Food Bank Clients Self-Service Access to Distributions, Profiles, and Visit History
A self-service portal lets clients view upcoming distributions, update their profile, and check their visit history, increasing dignity and reducing staff workload
October 16, 2026 – foodbank.city, the cloud-based food bank management platform, today highlighted Client Portal, a self-service feature in its Client & Guest Management tools. Client Portal gives clients a place of their own where they can view upcoming distributions, update their profile, and check their visit history.
Many of the questions food bank staff field every day are simple ones: when is the next distribution, is my information up to date, when did I last visit? Client Portal puts those answers directly in clients' hands, so they can find what they need on their own time.
By letting clients view upcoming distributions, keep their own profile current, and review their visit history, Client Portal is designed to increase dignity for the people a food bank serves while reducing staff workload.
Client Portal is part of foodbank.city's Client & Guest Management tools and, like every tool in the platform's complete feature set, is included with no extra costs.
